In my experience, I always love dealing with smaller companies. You support your local businesses and if your not dealing with the owner personally then usually the communication between the employee and the owner is very good. I had Kenny raise up my garage doors because I have a car lift. He also installed 2 motors. I'm very happy with the install and service. He's very personable and he knows what he's doing. Most importantly he showed up when he said he would. And his prices are great too. I myself am a business owner and I know how important it is to take care of a customer. If you need new garage door installs or work to be done on your existing door, don't be afraid to call.
